Each item is lovingly handmade, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Please be sure to double-check colors, sizes, and other details before placing your order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include your order number plus a photo of the issue. We’ll do our very best to make it right.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the error was on our end.
